Who Are We?We are a family that has enjoyed growing our own produce on our small piece of land for years and have decided to grow more quantity so we can offer to our local community just picked, naturally grown, healthy fruits and vegetables. We are not certified organic, but do our best to use only organic fertilizers and methods to grow the healthiest produce possible. Our honeybees help pollinate our vegetables and we offer honey in the spring and early summer while it lasts. We do not use any chemicals in our hives. We also keep laying hens and have a limited quantity of free-range pastured eggs for sale. Our Nigerian Dwarf goats provide the milk we use for making our own goat’s milk soap. The honey and oatmeal variety is a favorite. From our NCDA inspected kitchen, Taste of Honey Garden Bakeshop, one of our daughters makes whole wheat baked goods from fresh ground whole wheat. Most weeks we have Honey Whole Wheat Bread, Cinnamon Raisin Bread, Ezekiel Bread, Crumble Twist (pastry), Dark Chocolate Chip Flax Cookies, Ginger Soft Cookies, jams, jellies, and soup mixes for sale. |
